I bought this bed for me, because I have a small house and it will be full of people, soon. I took a nap on it and it is comfortable, with the addition of an old quilt under the mattress. You do have to pull the mattress out and put it on top and then put it back on the bottom to refold the bed. No big deal, with the frame on its side. I had planned to use the shipping box to store it. No box. Just four pieces of thin cardboard loosely wrapped around the bed and secured with tight plastic wrap. Odd.
As I haven't given it the all night test I haven't yet given it a 5. So far the cot seems what I was looking for for-a spare bed for an occasional visitor to my apartment. It seemed quite comfortable on my trial lie down. So happy not to deal with blow up beds and to have storage space underneath. Though I am not strong I managed to set up and put away this item quite easily. It was a bit heavy, but I think that will be a good factor for stability. I think storing the mattress inside is a good design feature as it protects the pad. For those of you concerned about storage and dust, I was able to slip the folded cot in the plastic that came around the original box and use it as a dust protector. I slit the plastic only at one end and it fit as a custom cover.
I recently moved from a house to an apartment and needed an extra bed for the occasional guest. It is extra long and comfortable. A few of the metal rings underneath fell off and I did return it. I looked around and found nothing even close for comfort and value. I ended up reordering the cot. My daughter loves it and says it is very comfortable and roomy. I am actually thinking of getting another since it literally takes up no room under my bed.
