I bought this cot with my friends very energetic youngster in mind. The cot was on sale and seemed to meet my needs for space. The youngster put the cot through the ringer by bouncing and flopping down on it. The cot withstood the weight of not only the youngster, but the adults as well. The cot was comfortable and the youngster gave it a 5 star rating. She is looking forward to coming over this weekend and using her cot. I just wish it had a case to protect it when not in use.
I read all the reviews before buying but after a couple of nights on this cot, my dad was sagging toward the floor. He's not a huge guy but it just didn't hold up for him. I'm hoping to return it to the store and get a replacement - and I'll keep my dad off it! I would recommend based on this limiting the users to about 160 lbs or less.
This cot is much more comfortable and convenient than an air mattress. It should last longer, as well. Good comfort, even for an adult. I'm thinking of getting another one. Gave it 4 stars because of an occasional squeak, but it's not very bothersome.
