This is something I have looked at for years. Finally purchasing it, I find it is just as I expected--well built, good quiet springs, folds compactly, too big for me to store in my little house except out in the open someplace. That is the only problem I have. Maybe I can get somebody to make a cover for it while in storage mode so that it won't look so conspicuous waiting in my bedroom for us to have guests. I have had bad experiences with air beds, and this won't go flat!
I bought this one and returned it for a deluxe and am MUCH happier. Just a trial lie down on it and i thought "there's no way I could actually sleep on this" - too bouncy, noisy and saggy - and I'm not a heavy person.
The whole family likes this product (we own 3 of them) and prefer it to the air mattresses (3) that we own. Our 19-year-old grandson has been sleeping in it all summer and approves of it as do our adult guests and young teen grandchildren. It stores very neatly and we find it is easier for the children to manage than the air mattresses which nobody wants to use anymore!! I would like to mention that when folding the cot for storage, it is very important to flip it over so the legs face up in the air and then insert the (lightweight) mattress so it fits between the legs. The cot then folds up very easily with the mattress inside it. (Our 11-year-old granddaughter was able to figure it out!). My only suggestion would be that these storage instructions be included with the product, I believe your customers would find this very helpful. We love our cots and we keep three of them in our closet.
