We purchased this for an extra bed when our kids have guests over. After having her friend over for the night, my daughter commented on how comfortable the cot was and actually slept in it, instead of her very nice bed, the next night!
My husband is ready to buy another so we'll each be able to take one camping.
I purchased the cot as an extra bed to use when my grandchildren visit. It is even longer and wider than I imagined. The cot is easy to unfold for use and it folds away for storage very quickly. It is also very comfortable. I have been very pleased with this cot.
I am unable to get up and down from the ground, so I purchased this folding cot to be able to car camp once again. At 15" it was not QUITE high enough, so I added a 2" firm foam topper for when the cot was set up in the tent. Then it was PERFECT. The U-shaped supports are kind to a tent floor. The folded cot is amazingly light weight for its generous size. And, I agree with others it will also make a dandy guest bed.
