I really, really wanted to like this shirt, but I just can't. The color(blue) is great as is the styling. However, after the first wash it came out looking like any old light-weight cotton shirt; wrinkled all over. I expected a little more wrinkle resistance.
I was very attracted to this shirt for its features and suitability for outdoor climate activities like fishing and hiking. I thought it would be great for my overseas travel and exposures to different climates. I wore it for touristy ventures, a desert safari, and at the beach. I love its comfort. The only downside was I tried on different sizes, and as a guy who wears an "M", the "S" suited me better by looks and comfort as the medium-sized shirt seemed a little long on the sleeves and wide. Highly recommended nonetheless.
I have used similar shirts from discount and outlet stores. They offered sun protection, but seemed to break down after a few wearings. To date this shirt is capable as a fashionable sport shirt while being functional for outdoor activities. The quality and fit seems superior also. I will asterisk this review by saying it has only gone through 2 wearings and washings but so far so good.
