I have several of these fishing shirts. I bought the white one this time. I especially like them in the hot weather in Dallas, TX. I have an old convertible I drive a lot. The shirt keeps me from burning my arms. It is comfortable in any weather. I wear it mostly with chinos.
This is a fantastic shirt I use for fly fishing. It blocks the sun, always looks neat, does not wrinkle when packed and unpacked, and I love the blue Lapis color. Also the price is very reasonable; I have some similar shirts from other outdoor stores that cost more and do not look as nice. Take it out of the dryer, put on a hanger, then wear.
This is a shirt with class. Lightweight, perfect fit and stylish. I like to wear long sleeve shirts even in the summer but it's hard to find one lightweight enough to keep the heat out. This shirt is designed perfect for summer wear and it breathes well enough to keep you cool.
My son has been after me for several years to get a "proper" hiking shirt. From the look and feel of his, and others, I was under the impression the fabric was slimy and would be very uncomfortable. Not so! As advertised, the shirt wicks moisture (which equals heat) away from the body and then ...... Wonder of wonders....it evaporates! Check your physics knowledge.....evaporation is a cooling process! I cannot believe how comfortable.....and how much more cooler I am..while wearing this shirt on mountain hikes. So much better, not to mention cooler, than the cotton T-shirt I used to use. The fit is perfect, shirt looks very good, it launders well and dries quickly (on a hanger - no dryer) and I love the tab to hold the sleeves up so you have a short-sleeved shirt. This shirt would be wonderful for other things than just hiking. I will probably buy a few more. I simply love the way this shirt performs, looks and feels. I heartily recommend it to anyone.
