My husband loves this shirt -- I initially got the light blue and he liked it so much, I purchased the light beige. He wears them when he must be in the sun (like mowing the lawn) and finds them perfect. It would also be great for travel in hot, humid climates. Good job, LL Bean!
Own several and recently purchased another. Good fit. Good quality construction. Good looks. Wrinkle resistant. For travel, great to hand wash, towel dry, then hang to air dry for 4 hours. No need to press.
Bought this shirt for hiking in the Arizona desert. Wore it a few times, and it meets my high standards due to the expected LL Bean high quality, and performance in the intended environment.
I'd buy another, and give it 5 stars if they can make the sleeves a littles less constricting when rolled up. None the less, I highly recommend this shirt, and will also call on it when hiking at Mesa Verde in August.
these are my favorite shirts , I have 6 and wear them all the time. comfortable, roomy, with great pockets for storage and the rod holder loop is also great for holding my reading glasses. nice subtle colors, wear tucked or out. Reg large fit is what I buy, a "better "look would probably be a med. tall, but I like roomy. I am 6'3", 165#
