I just received my tropic wear shirt about a week ago. I have gone on two hikes in the mountians of Arizona with it so far. Both at 5,000 Ft elevation and on 92 degree days, the second day I even got some afternoon rain (not too heavy) this shirt is really great. I no longer have to use sun screen cream. With a standard white cotton TShirt under the LLBean shirt I was very comfortable. And the big flies I encounter that sometimes follow me for up to 100 yards stopped on one pass! I listened to the other posts and bought it in large instead of extra large my normal size and it fits perfect not to tight or too loose. I will buy more for next years hiking season. Highly recommend this shirt!
