My husband and I both enjoy using the Tropicwear Shirt at the beach, on hikes, or any time that we want SPF protection and don't want to put sunscreen on. I was the only one not to get a burn on my nape, shoulders, chest and so on when I wore the shirt to the beach in August. Anyone who didn't liberally reapply sunscreen every 90minutes-2hours did burn or tan. We like the vents, pockets, and the loop for holding sunglasses. Roomy, easy to launder, seems to shed most stains easily, comfortable in sticky weather, and still performing well after 2 years! I wish Bean made a bigger, longer version as a swimsuit cover-up! Also wish it came in more colors. Just bought a second one for my husband to wear on car trips...
I bought this shirt for my husband and he absolutely loves it. The material is very lightweight and keeps him cool while providing maximum sun protection during these hot, sunny days of summer.
I ordered this shirt for my husband, the color was Tropic Orange and in the pictures looked like a light rust color. Well when the shirt came is was plain old peach!! What man will wear peach? I returned immediately and ordered in Slate, still waiting for it. Also the size seemed to be very big, my husband is a 2X man and it was big on him!!!
