This performs in every way expected. Such a great value compared to competitors. I own the shirt in every color. My go-to shirt for fishing and kayaking.
I have a number of these shirts. I wear them fishing, from Maine to the Bahamas, in warm weather and even to work (I'm a teacher). The rod holder actually works even better to hold glasses. Many people have asked me about that feature since they assume it is for holding glasses. I have looked at similar shirts from other companies, but even though others charge more, none are as comfortable and practical. I would like to see them in more patterns.
I purchased this shirt last summer with trepidation. I am a firm believer in clothes made only with natural fabrics that "breathe". In this case, I went with Bean's word that this new "wick" fabric breathed. After many wears, I am a believer - it wicks enough to feel fine in heat. If they would get rid of the "in your face" logo on the front pocket, I would be completely satisfied.
