This is a quality shirt, but the material is so thick it would be great to wear in cool weather as almost a jacket. It seems too heavy for a hot and humid day. The fit is true to size, but I had to purchase a size larger so the sleeve length would be long enough for me.
I was surprisingly disappointed and returned this shirt 1. The material is not tropic weight. The material is heavy and scratches. 2. The button holes are too small for the buttons. 3. The shirt is oversized a full size.
This shirt for warm weather wearing is exceptionally comfortable; not tight-fitting and not too loose or baggy. Goes well with any casual trousers or shorts for 3 seasons wearing.
My husband has worn these shirts for several years. They are great shirts, however, the sizing has changed a great deal. These shirts are now way too huge around the middle! We're sad these don't work for him anymore. We'll have to try a different style. It would be great if LLBean would offer these in a slimmer fit.
