My husband now owns 4 of these shirts and wears them a lot. They offer excellent protection and comfort. They also wash very well. I also have the women's style and the same specifics apply.
This works great in a casual office. It protects against insects and Sun while still being cool enough for hot weather. Washes great and dries in minutes and looks great with no ironing.
