I have had many synthetic hiking/fishing/travel shirts from many brands, including expensive "technical" shirts from famous high end manufacturers of outdoor apparel. This is by far the best shirt especially for hot weather. Fabric, cut, details, workmanship......this is the best shirt by far.
I have been wearing these shirts and their predecessors for at least 20 years and am very satisfied with them. I have discoid lupus so I have to have long sleeved sun protection. In addition, I can't take heat very well and sweat profusely. The shirts are light, cooler than any other shirts I've ever worn including short sleeves, wick moisture well and dry quickly. These shirts and the most recent prior shirts look better than the prior versions. The cover for the two large chest pockets maintains a more presentable appearance over time than earlier versions.
I haven't worn it yet, but had to return it and exchange it for a smaller size. They seem to run big. Normally I wear a extra large, but a large fit and look a lot better.
This shirt was just what I was looking for. The material is lightweight and very breathable. Design is well thought out. Perfect for hot weather travel.
