We wear these all summer long and love them. They protect us from the sun and still allow breezes through to keep us cool. We wear them under our motorcycle jackets and find them perfect for the comfort and protection they provide. Would definitely recommend them.
This is the perfect shirt for my husband's birthday present. The quality is excellent; the fit is perfect and the roll up sleeves are just what he will need when we walk or hike in the summer coolness of Alaska or the beach on Grand Cayman Island! The fabric washes very well, blue is his favorite color and packing this shirt is a breeze.
My husband has just about every color that this shirt has been made in.He wears them very frequently i.e. on more than half of the days of the week. They are cool in summer, especially with the sleeves rolled up and warm in winter.The fabric feels good against his skin and is almost impossible to stain.Things like soy sauce and ketchup rinse write out and the shirt dries very quickly.
I have had a woman's sunshirt which I love for several years. However, the sleeves are too short. I ordered a man's regular small, and the fit is just right. I am just over 5'9". LLBean does not sell this shirt in a woman's tall, so I was happy that this man's shirt worked, and the color choices were good for females, too.
