I sent this bag to my daughter to be used as a diaper bag for her newborn son. It is the perfect size bag, and is a great bag for a boy! Great quality as always from LLBean.
No doubt this tote will last longer than me. The only drawback is the top kind of flops over when trying to load it at the grocery store. Then my 6 year old nephew suggested I push a thin stick down into the seam overlap on each end of the bag. Why didn't I think of that. Or maybe it was tailored that way to do that. IDK. It helps quite a bit, but my second bag has the zip top on it which solves all the problem because it is stiffer all around.
This is a real versatile bag and the inside liner makes it easy to clean. Very strong and you can put quite a bit of weight in it. Will fold up for easy storage. Good value on sale price. I have never found anything of this quality at any department or retail store.
This is my 4th LL Bean tote. Each has a specific task, and they are well suited for that task. Boy, what a great product. Heavy duty, easy to carry, big but not too big. This one is used daily to carry articles to my office, in that my briefcase is always full. People are frequently asking 'Where did you get that'. Need to get yourself one of these. Or two.
