First i ordered an extra large, cause it was too big. So i returned and got a medium, still it went too small for me. Then in finally took on a large bag. I would sy its too big, but i'll make it work. Other than that, the service was excellent. Very prompt and friendly despite me returning it 2 times! Thanks very much! I'll order again sometime soon. :)
At first upon receiving this bag, it seemed two sizes too small. I ordered this bag, specifically to carry my heavy exam book prep along with other study material. But when I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised. Its sturdy, more than enough room for my things but small/or overly large where carrying the bag would be uncomfortable. I so love this bag and the color too. I loved the prompt and friendly service. Really, no complaints whatsoever. Happy with my bag. Thank you!
Saw this and thought it was a bag I could use for a number of things--as a overnight bag, for trips to the hunting blind, packing something, etc. What I received was a little purse sized bag that I thought was a joke. Hey, LL Bean: if you're going to market something geared toward men, specify that this is not a regular sized bag but rather something your wife might want if she is inclined to go a little more outdoors in her accessorizing.
