I work for a railroad and use the XL bag for my safety gear, lantern, radio, fleece, rainjacket, maunuals and lunch. It may be the most practical thing I own. Keeps everything in one place so I can "grab and go". The olive drab keeps it from looking too much like a "man bag". I have also used it as an overnight bag to a cabin with my son's Cub Scout pack. Great, great bag.
I got this tote bag as a gift and was unsure if I would like it or that I would have use for it. ! have found so many uses for a strong and durable bag to carry whatever needs carrying. Whenever I'm going someplace (shooting range, ice fishing, weekend trip, etc), I just throw what i need and go.
