I bought this bag, after searching for a long time, to re-place a very old tote bag that I got free from a travel company years ago and absolutely loved, as the size and shape was perfect for a carry on, and as a tote for weekends away. This new bag promises to be just as great. The only change I would like to see would be a pocket on the outside, between the straps, and maybe a strap to slip it over the handle of a large suitcase. Otherwise, terrific, very durable, and I like the waterproof interior, in case something leaks!
We're not hunters, but the waterproofed lining interested my husband, as an athlete -- he uses it as a running bag. Beyond that, we've found it's fantastic for camping (a little more stain resistant & water manageable than the canvas totes) and the large size works as a great carry-on luggage. Only complaint: the only non-hunting-appropriate color is black. :(
