I have two medium and two large bags for road trips/car camping - the two large contain all the cooking gear and dry food and the medium bags are for drinks, batteries, chargers, powerbars etc. Work great, some degree of weather proof and you can zip them up and keep things from flopping around the car. Looks like a very solid inner surface that you can wipe down wet - and it is a LL Bean tote quality bag!
The extra large is perfect size for lots of gear.Zip top option nice to have as well.We are pleased with our choice and the fact that it will wipe clean inside is a bonus.
This is a very nice little tote. It's lightweight. Keeps papers dry in damp/wet weather. The only drawback is there are no pockets. No place for pens, a package of pocket size kleenex or a small water bottle. As a result, I only use it when the weather is wet. Otherwise I use my open top tote with plenty of pockets for the things mentioned. I would recommend with reseverations.
