If I could only have one sweater, this would be it

This is unquestionably my favorite sweater. It has a great trim fit, but doesn’t constrain you. I’ve had it for over 5 years and it still looks new!!
It’s a great sweater for winter. I just came back from a weekend in Chicago, with the typical weather this time of year; rainy and cold (around 40 degrees). I wore this sweater underneath a thin shell and I was extremely comfortable.
I bought one of these many moons ago and it was my favorite sweater for working around the house and skeet shooting. I went back for a new one and was disappointed LL Beans no longer carried it. Last year LL Beans brought it back and I immediately snatched up another one. The only downside to this sweater ...the moths love it as much as I do. Protect it in the off months!
Thanks L.L. Bean for this wonderful sweater! The fit is spot on, top-notch quality, and should last for years. Very likely will buy another one in a different color. No complaint at all on the shipment (very fast), very reasonable price and again, the quality. After a few purchases I am with you guys for life!
This sweater sells itself and probably doesn't need another glowing review, but it's THAT good so I feel compelled to share my experience. Some people have complained that the sleeves are too long. When I got the sweater I just assumed that the cuffs should be folded over, I've always worn it like that and it looks really good. Then when i'm working out in the cold without gloves i can just unfold them and it's like wearing mittens. It also is a little longer than most sweaters, which i again appreciate. If you're looking for a more formal sweater for winter events with a dress code this wouldn't be my first choice, but for a warm, durable tough sweater for outside activities from hiking to skiingm, this would be TOP on my list. But it still looks really nice over a collared shirt or under a blazer so you're covered there too. Soft, comfortable, not too heavy weight nor bulky, but warm best of all!!
