What a great sweater! I've had friends comment, "where did it come from" and "what a great look"- I really like the fit and feel of this sweater- My wife tells me that it's not the typical crewneck that I've always worn but it offers a little style to my wardrobe- FYI, you need to consider buying up a size as it is a snug fit- I bought the regular only to have to return it for the large-

The commando sweater is of fantastic quality and proper sizing (I'm 5'7" 160 lbs and the small fits my silhouette). However, the color issue pointed out by previous buyers still remains (even in late 2010). The "Deep Forest Green" is actually deep brown, and probably wouldn't appear green under any light conditions. I like brown, and plan to wear this sweater often, but truly wonder why L.L. Bean hasn't either changed the name of the "green" color or changed the color of the sweater. The picture does not represent the true color. All in all, a very nice sweater but just as long as you expect brown instead of green.
I use two seperate colors of this sweater on and off duty. This is some really first class material and is very warm. LL Bean once again delivers what I needed. Excellent quality and LL Bean tuff.
