Sweater not as expected

Sweater looks nice and it was a gift for my husband. Unfortunately we had to return it because my husband said the material felt very itchy when he tried it on and it was not soft. I wish it worked out because it looks nice.

I returned this. The sweater was too long for someone 5’7”. The material was too coarse.
