Definitely keeps you warm, and you can wear over just a t-shirt without getting itchy. The only thing I'm not wild about is the length of the body of the sweater. Cuffing up the sleeves was expected and welcome, but the bottom of the sweater comes down to the inseam of my pants. I can live with it, so I'm keeping it. But its not a perfect design
I cannot think of a single thing that I dislike about this sweater. The fit is great, the materials are perfect, the construction is magnificent. I'm also buying a Henley and Vest in this style because it is such a versatile piece.
I bought the green and was expecting an od green or something along those lines as the picture on the site indicates, but was more brown than green there is a little green but mostly brown. Build quality is good and so is fit just unhappy with the color. Besides the color everything else was good.
