We wanted something that was light weight because we have heat and AC in our camper. These work out very well for us. On our first camping trip with these, we had to use the Air Conditioner on the first night and the furnace on the second night. These were perfect both nights for us.
We bought these and used them once while staying in an AMC hut that provided blankets. They were fine. Then we went to wash them. The tag says washing in a top loader will destroy the bag. Only use a front loader. Nowhere is that on the website. A huge omission and a terrible mistake for a company that is typically quite good. Sure they are taking the bags back and refunding the purchase but it's a waste of time to package them up, etc.
hi I got this sleeping bag to use at our camp in Louisiana it is perfect for hot nights that in the 90's all summer long I got a second one and zipped both of them together and it fit perfect on top of my full size mattress I also have another 4 sleeping bags that I ordered for my dads bed and my brothers bed at our camp they liked the way the sleeping bag felt against there skin I would recommend this sleeping bag to any one looking for a good summer time sleeping bag .
This is basically just a fleece blanket with a zipper. That is OK because that is what I wanted for a particular indoor use. I bought 2 so I could make one double size bag. The material is very soft and comfortable. Actually I got it to use as a blanket on my full size bed that would not have to be tucked in. I use the elastic sleeping bag straps on this to attach the bottom of the bag to the bed frame. Voila! No more tucking and retucking! It stays smoothly in place night after night. Perfect for my needs. Why can't all bedding be mde this way? I think I will put straps on my LLBean sheets so they stay anchored and don't pull up. Necessity is once again the mother of invention.
