I bought this sleeping bag because my silk "cocoon" sleeping bag is not enough in cold weather, even indoors. I washed according to directions (I wash all new material to get rid of sizing and smells of fabric) and it washed beautifully. I slept in It and was very comfortable. It is ideal in cooler weather. It's light enough to carry attached to a backpack. Also nice to keep in car to use when visiting folks who may only have a couch to sleep on. No blankets required (unless really cold)!
LL bean has done it again. We LOVE these fleece sleeping bags. We have been on the road for months now in a new RV traveling around the US and purchased these bags as "liners" for our LL Bean sleeping bags. We have two bags zipped together. They are so comfortable to sleep in and they are easier to wash than the large Bean Climashield sleeping bags which we also LOVE ! We had them shipped to us whIle we were "on the road". BEAN's customer support is wonderful. We have never been disappointed with LLBEAN.
