This bag has replaced my sheets and blankets! It is warm, cozy, and really soft. Warm enough to use for company as blankets and sheets. Soft enough that a kid would love to sleep in it! Not for outside but PERFECT for indoor use. I wish the zipper was softer or smaller but it is a very strong zipper so that is probably the reason.
Some people just prefer a rectangular unzip all the way around sleeping bag.More lateral leg room and the opinion of using it as a quilt.Fleece lined makes it warm but not sweaty hot and in extremely cold it doubles as a bivy for a down bag.
