Not truly a sleeping bag for outdoor use, this is a great item for in-home use in situations where normal bed clothes might not fit, such as on a cot or the friend who needs to crash on the couch.
Zipper is easy to slide, and makes the product much easier to get in and out of than another product from another company that requires one to slide in from the top - not easy for 65 year old. The zipper also runs all the way down and across the foot end so the entire piece can be opened flat.
Highly recommended for those impromptu sleep overs.
This was purchased for a last minute cabining trip. My tween love it! Unfortunately it arrived after he returned from the event but he liked it so much that we decided to keep it. He thinks this is "Amazing"! It feels nice and it functional for indoor sleeping only. I would not recommend this for true camping.
this is my second one..im using it as an additional blanket..the first one have, i used it to double the sleeping bag also brought from ll bean the cotton-blend lined reg 40(another good one)for extra warmth..
Just purchased probably my 15th of these - we have 3, and I give them as graduation/new home gifts. They wash & dry wonderfully and I either roll them up for travel or unzip and lay folded at foot of beds as an extra blanket. Occasionally come in prints and on sale.
