I first purchased this sleeping bag for my daughter to be used for sleepovers, for traveling, and even when just crashing on the couch for extended period of time when recovering from illness for example. We liked it so much we purchased another of the same color to zip together for times when my husband and I could use it. We put a blanket or two on top when sleeping on an inflatable mattress at camp. I don't want the bulk of a big, puffy sleeping bag, and this one is MUCH easier to clean than the bulky ones.
I got these sleeping bags for when my 12- and 13-year-old grandsons sleep over. The bags are great.They are plenty big with lots of room to grow into and they are soft and cozy. The kids love them. I did put a lightweight throw over each bag because we keep our Colorado home quite cold in the winter, but the kids would have been fine without the throws. When they went back to Chicago, I hung the sleeping bags outside for a few hours, then hung them over a hanger in a closet until next time. My daughter was so impressed with the bags, she ordered them for the boys sleepovers with friends at home.
I ordered this sleeping bag for my five year old granddaughter. She has lots of "fort nights" at her house and I thought it would make a great addition to the event. It was a great hit. She has taken the bag with her on trips and of course, used it at her house for fort night and even brought it to our house to put on top of the bedspread! It's so soft, cuddly and very washable. I had her name put on it so that makes it even more special. This item is highly recommended!
I got 5 of these for the grandkids for when they came to the summer cottage. They roll up easily and stay rolled with attached straps. They are a good weight for summer use indoors. They are soft, launder well and the kids love that they have their own with their name monogrammed on it. Just bought 3 more.
