I have been very happy with my bag so far. It is well made. The stuff sack is higher quality than most with plenty of space to stuff it in. I have been out down to 41 and it kept me plenty warm. I imagine it might keep me warm even into the upper 30's. The only complaint is the zipper sometimes catches in the fabric but that is a minor annoyance. I would give it 4.5 stars if that were an option.
After buying a pop up camper, the whole family needed sleeping bags to go with it. We bought 2 adult & one child bag, all in the same medium blue (kind of an 80's blue with that red plaid) and all monogrammed. We had to send the first shipment back, for they came monogrammed in black and the stitching was illegible against the blue. This being LL Bean, they promptly shipped us 3 new bags with the monogram in platinum thread (which can only be requested via phone). I could have bought cheaper bags in a host of other stores but as these are items we will use over and over, I went with LL Bean as they are guaranteed for life. Our 21 month old son drags his from room to room until he finds a spot he likes, then snuggles in. We chose the flannel lined, and they are very soft and cozy. Happy campers!
I took this sleeping bag camping in August. The weight was fine but the weather was humid, and it felt uncomfortably wet when I got into the bag. The lining is 100% cotton, so I should have guessed. I love the plaid pattern but I probably should have gotten the cotton blend bag. I wish LLBean had a summer weight sleeping bag that was lined with fleece (ie: no cotton)... I think I might be exchanging this bag for one that stays drier.

After searching the Internet for the right sleeping bag for our upcoming camping trip, I ended up right here (as usual) at LL Bean!!! I am an avid LL Bean shopper...not only because of the GREAT quality products and Item Guarantee, but the SUPERIOR Customer Service LL Bean provides!
...I ordered the Cranberry (Regular size) sleeping bag because I thought it was a bright, pastel pink as shown i the Online picture. When it arrived I was surprised to see that it is actually much darker and more maroon/red-ish (like that of an actual Cranberry) than the Pastel Pink I had anticipated.
I called Customer Service with my concern and they were SO understanding and even gave me many options to get me a replacement sleeping bag in the color I wanted, and FAST!!!!
...I exchanged the Cranberry for the Tea Green color sleeping bag and I LOVE it!!! The color is SO pretty AND the bag is SO soft & cozy!!!! I especially LOVE the straps and carrying bag it comes with!
