Nice pants. Felt like they might be a little tight around the thighs when climbing (I'm a very slender person 6'4 176 lbs) but on a long hike they seem comfortable. I think that the tightness is mostly related to the way they are cut. Just keep in mind, unzipping and taking off the legs most likely requires that you remove your boots, not a quick and easy thing.
I really like these pants, and would consider getting a second pair. However, I'm not too fond of the mesh lining...might try to cut it out. Would also like a longer short before the zip-off portion.
These light weight shorts/pants are exceptional. I am very pleased at the way they hold up to the saltwater,and fresh water conditions in which I use them. They seem to be extremely stain resistant, and dry quickly. The nice thing is that they look just as classy for a casual night at a cafe, around town, or the on the boat.
