I have been searching for a vest/pack for 30 years. I have tried chest packs, fanny packs, backpacks, vests, you name it, from the top manufacturers in the business, this absolutely BLOWS THEM AWAY!!! The back support, storage, freedom of movement, comfort and overall design is superior.
Grestest vest I have ever owned. Loved the lower waist lumbar, it takes the weight off your shoulders. I use my vest on the ruff terrain of PA trout streams and the over-size pockets are great for all your fishing needs. The lg back pocket is great to hold my wading stick. Didn't find anything that I would change.
I love this back pack/vest. It has all the room I'll ever need and it's organized quite well. I'd highly recommend this item to anyone who likes to cover territory without having to go back to your vehicle to get other items, just take them along to start. Lots of pockets.
I live in the Adirondac Mountains and fish most of the rivers, streams and ponds. I'm sure I carry more then I need, but all too often I've been in the middle of a stream wanting a reel or fly box back on shore. This is a very unique vest. I really like the way you can adjust it to fit your body. The weight is more evenly distributed to your waist area. The two large front pockets are a little hard to get to. I also discovered that the two front fold down pockets require some care when opening. When you open these pockets items in the front open view pockets can fall forward and into the water! I'd like to see a zipper or velcro on those pockets. I put leaders in these pockets now. The quality is very good and it is flexible enough to meet a variety of needs.
