Wore this outside at 51 degrees and it wasnt warm like i had read about. Also it was a bit itchy. The crotch was so long to accommodate someone maybe 7 ft tall and a flap needs to have snaps not buttons. I believe quality clothing isn't being made anymore.
I bought one first, then 7 more. I wash them in hot water first to get all the shrinkage out of the way. I am 5'8" - 175 lbs. A medium fits me well. The material is thick, but not as warm as the old Morgan Mills Arctex. It is like the Duofold, but not the same. The problem lies in the geometry. THE TORSO IS WAY TOO LONG. The crotch hangs down half way to my Knees. When you put on your trousers, It bunches up between your crotch and your waist. It's just wierd and hard to get used to. I'm going to keep them though. Warm and uncomfortable as they are.
This union suit was high quality, and I'm sure would have been exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I've never had a union suit that was more proportionally wrong for my 5'8" frame. The length of the body (neckline to crotch) was so long, the excess sagged to just above my knee.
