Bought the Long underware (two layer union suit) for my husband. He loves it. It is warm and comfortable. He hunts, sleeps and takes dogs for walk with it on. Thanks.
I have used the LL Bean Unionsuit for many years. Currently it's the rare occaision here on Coastal Carolina that I need it's great warmth yet it's there! In the past they have served me best when working outdoors in the winter in New England. Some of those winters, in Commercial Fishing. Layering is most important when dealing with the cold. I find this is the best defence for the first defence!
The fit of the item was an issue. We had to exchange it twice in order to get the right fit. It was not quite long enough and we went from a Regular L which is what we normally buy to a Tall XL.
It is warm and works well underneath other clothes.
