Bought 3 pairs (S, M, L) for my kids to use on our backyard rink. IMO - these seem more comfortable and warmer than conventional hockey/figure skates. Durability is TBD since we've only skated on them for a week.
I purchased our first 2 pairs of these skates 3 years ago. The flexible sizing has been great, and has saved us money with our boys' growing feet. My younger son will skate for hours on these skates. He loves them.
They look and sound good on-line. "Flexible sizing" sounds attractive, but, in reality, these "comfort" skates are not comfortable at all. They are very heavy and extremely chunky around the ankles. It's like wearing ski boots on the ice!
