I love these union suits. They are so cute! I bought the red one as well as the lavender. I'm about 5 feet tall, 120 lbs. The small fits just right. The couch is a little long, but that's the way I like it because I wear these as pajamas in cold weather. I am very sensitive to wool. It often makes me itch, but when I wear these union suits, the ichy sensaton is barely perceptible.
I really enjoy almost everything about this union suit. It is super soft and warm. BUT... -the button holes are SO SO SO loose. the one on the back flap was almost twice the size of the button! I had to sew all of the button holes tighter for them to stay closed. -I am a medium, so I ordered a medium. I had to return it for a large... and the legs could still be much longer. I do have long legs/usually need tall or long sizes, but I'm only 5'6''/145 (size 10/30), so the medium should have fit, and this large should be slightly too large, but have long enough legs. The large fits, except the legs are too short. I saw other comments recommend ordering a size smaller-- I definitely would NOT recommend ordering a smaller size. -AND the vertical back flap is awkward, inconvenient, and the button isn't placed properly for this to close back up. i.e., the flap is always partially open. This really needs a trap door style flap, or at least more than one button.
To sum... warm, soft, comfortable, but you'll need to resew all the button holes, order a larger size (especially if you don't have short legs), and always wear a pair of boxers underneath if you don't want to constantly moon your roommates.
My husband got me the pink union suit for Christmas this year. He bought me a medium and it fit perfectly after washing and drying, it did shrink a little but I am 5'3 so it is perfect length. I wish it had the flap trap door in the back instead of a vertical opening but that's no big deal. It's nice and warm and I will be using it for all my winter sports
I really like the union suit that I ordered. It is very cozy and not too hot too sleep in. Very quality construction with exception of too big of button hole on back flap (although that may just have been a flaw on mine). I'm sending it back for a different one just like it. Overall very satisfied. Also like that it is made in Canada vs China.
