I had high hopes for this union suit, but the size is way off (huge and formless) with a scratchiness that is uncomfortable. I wish it had a bit of lycra or poly in it to give it some shape.
I was really excited to wear a union suit in the cold workshop this winter. I am a small-ish person, 5'5" and wear about a 4 to 6 in most clothes. When I got the union suit in size S, it was HUGE. I washed it and dried it on high, which definitely helped a lot. Unfortunately, it was still way too big. It wasn't very flattering for a woman's body, it just seemed like they shrunk down a man's version without allowing for a woman's typically shorter torso and curves. This extra length in the torso bunched under jeans, and I wore it for about 20 minutes before deciding I'd have to return it. The union suit for a female's anatomy would also work better if the placket with the back button and the one with front buttons were all the same placket, instead of two that are separated by a seam. Too bad, since I like the fabric and the idea, but I had to return it. Maybe I would try the XS if one was available, but even then, it just isn't well thought out for a woman.
I really wanted this union suit to work out so I could wear it at night. As soon as I put the suit on it was pinchy and itchy. My skin is sensitive so unfortunately I have to return it I am just going to get flannel PJ's.
