This item is ok, but its a bit rickety. LL Bean also sells a deluxe version of this kayak cart for approximately $20 more. I got that one as a gift and it is WAY better. Buck up and spend the extra.
Wish I had read further down the reviews. I was so excited about this cart;but my kayak is just not suited. It is a Sun dolphin from KL Outdoors and keeps slipping and sliding out of the restraints. Needed another person to help and that still didn't go well. I will be returning the cart and need to look further. I love LLBean products, this just didn't work for my needs. OH well. On ward :)
Bought my kayak over a year ago. Found it miserable to always ask for help to get my kayak to the water's edge. This cart is easy to use, very mobile, covers lots of different terrain and makes transporting my kayak by myself a breeze. I would highly recommend this cart for anyone that intends on kayaking solo. I recommend watching the YouTube video on how to hook up and use this cart.
