The Stowaway Kayak Cart is a great item and delivers just as advertised! It comes fully assembled and is very easy to use. The wheels roll effortlessly and the cart is a real life saver making portage to the water easy - regardless of the distance.
Having just purchased the Manatee kayak package and living lakeside I didn't think I really needed to have a cart for transport. Boy was I wrong. I live on a slight incline and this cart makes everything so much easier and faster too. Once the kayak is strapped in it's a breeze to roll up or down the hill.
I have 2 Hobie sit-on-tops and I was concerned that the kayak might not sit low enough in the "V" of the cart. Not to worry!! The directions are clear, the straps hold everything firmly and the wheels roll cleanly. The cart is very solid. I love it!
Bought this to transport my single-person canoe to the water and over portages; so far it works great! Very easy to use, and fits neatly into the boat. Also fits our larger canoe. I am going to be using it a lot this summer so will have a chance to test its durability.
