Just ordered this stowaway cart. Came in 2 days!! Strapped it on my kayak (Dagger Blackwater 10.5) and wheeled it around the yard!! LOVE IT!! Didn't even need to take the wheels off to fit it in the back hatch (even though the wheels come off so easily). Can't wait to take it camping. Highly recommend this cart. Very inexpensive and very simple!! Step-by-step instructions that came with it made a simple cart even simpler!
I bought this as a gift for my husband. We used it to transport both our kayaks more times than we thought we would. The straps are easy to attach and it fits in the cockpit of my boat when we reach the water. It does not work well in loose sand, however, we pull the kayaks as far as we can before carrying or dragging the rest of the way.
Initially I was concerned that this cart may not work for my wider/shorter kayak, but it proved to be no problem at all. It was fast and easy to strap on. The first time out was on an exceptionally steep grade and it handled great. I didn't even have to take it apart to fit it in the back of the kayak behind my seat. Well worth the investment. I have a LL Bean Manatee approx. 9' long by 2 1/2' wide.
Great cart for any narrow craft. I have sit on top kayaks which have a specific cart for them but I chose this one so I could stow it in the bungee area of the kayak which saves a trek back to the vehicle. No complaints with this product.
