This product is exactly what I was looking for. A great case to store, protect and carry my 4 and 5 piece rods in their tubes. It is well made, loaded with character, and functional. I assumed it only held one rod tube and was pleasantly surprised it holds three with separate elastic loops. The outside pockets have plenty of room to store reels and fly boxes. I have a reel and spare spool in one pocket and a second reel in the other pocket with room to spare. I like this products so much that I am going to order the larger version to carry my two-piece rods.
I shopped and compared other fly rod travel cases from other well know companies and none compare to the quality, functionality and price of this one. This is worth twice the price.
Overall construction appears to be excellent. I bought this as a gift and my brother was very happy with it. While looking on-line, I was concerned that the pocket straps would be a pain, but one tug on the strap releases it and reveals a zipper underneath.
