Strange material choice &size; no suspender button

These may be the, "most technical" but as others have noted, they miss the mark.
The size is small. Be sure and order at least one waist size larger.
Many upland hunters wear suspenders. These lack suspender buttons, unlike many other Bean upland pant styles that include them.
2 Shell pockets don't seem all that useful and likely to result in lost shells when actually hunting. These could have been removed and $$ used to put in suspender buttons--not "technical" but useful.
Stretchy material holds burrs.
Zipper pockets on both sides in addition to slash pockets is a nice feature.
At discounted price they get 3 stars and will be my backup pants; at full price there are much better options.
I continue to buy from LL Bean for they have the best quality and customer service. This goes for all the LL Bean merchandise. I wish more stores were like LL Bean!!
I really like these pants. The shipping was really quick. The articulated knees are a nice feature. I am glad I read the other reviews before I ordered. I went 1" shorter and 1" bigger in the waist than I usually wear, and they fit just right. I would do it all over gain.
