We bought 2 of these 3 years ago for our oldest sons(now age 7&5)...just back to buy 1 for my youngest son(age2)! LOVE them!!! We bought them just for camping and they haven't left our oldest boys sides since...they go everywhere and have replaced their comforters on their beds even (they unzip all the way around and don't have any ties attached)! My oldest even includes them in pictures and stories that he writes in school (and at home)...they are great for cuddling in front of the fire/tv/grandmas houses...etc...the bags easily fit the sleeping bag plus a favorite stuffed animal and favorite fleece blanket too, which makes traveling overnight even easier to pack! We were upset that the monogram was on the bag at first too, but now they can switch colors and they can be passed on, (as i'm sure they will still be in great shape once they have grown into the larger sizes in their teen years...) but they may be too attached to ever get rid of them at that point! Great present & practical buy! I would highly recommend this bag...we never thought we would get this much use out of a sleeping bag! The older version had the fleece lining, but like the new camouflage with the hidden animals too...as does the 2 year old! We read stories laying on it at night now and find the animals!
Purchased 2 sleeping bags for my grandsons to zip together (if they want to) Fortuntely they are different colors so they are able to tell them apart as the monograming is on the storage case not the bag itself but am very happy with the fabric, colorful lining and quality and they as well were very excited to each have his very own.
My 4 year old son loves this bag, he uses it in the living room, at the relatives, and we're taking it camping this summer. It is the perfect size for him and not too warm either.
We purchased this bag for our son to nap in at daycare and he loves it. It gets used almost daily and has stood the test of time despite many washings.
