I had been without a pocket knife for four months, really missed it and wanted a Swiss Army knife. I had been unable to find a dealer in my local area, and I knew we would be in striking distance of Freeport and LLB. It's essentially a basic model but, as always, fulfills the daily needs that one encounters. A note of caution when carrying a pocket knife.....security screenings. My last knife {also Swiss Army} had to be surrendered at a checkpoint with no return policy.
I would not want to be without this on my keyring. LLBean replaced my original, which came apart. [as per their wonderful, super guarantee.] I was able to get PINK, love it. So handy for many uses; I use it frequently. The scissors come in handy, and don't forget it has a tiny removable tweezers in it.
Until the new rules are clear, be sure to remove from keyring and put in checked luggage in airport. It would be a sad day if it was confiscated!
This small tool has many uses and fits in a Mom's or Grandma's purse for the unexpected emergency. LL Bean carries them in many colors so it is easy to find in your bag. This one was a Christmas stocking stuffer; mine has had many years of use .
