WE ORDER THESE EVERY YEAR FOR OUR SON IN CHICAGO. HE RIDES THE TRAINS/BUSES WHEREVER HE GOES AND HE SAID IT MAKES THE BITTER COLD OFF THE LAKE BEARABLE. REQUESTS THESE EVERY YEAR.
My Son is in a program, where they go out into the shops for "hand on". It can be SO cold in the winter....I got these for him for Christmas for in his jacket pockets between hands on shop work.....Yea, he is happy for the help to allow him to bear the next many hours of cold.
