I buy the hand warmers then distribute them as they are needed for shoveling tasks or cross skiing adventures. This year more than one bag is going with a family member as they are off to a new job in Northern Canada this winter.
I am a school crossing guard. I used these for the 1st time today and they worked great. I have two schools in the morning and two in the afternoon. I opened them around 7:30 AM and they were still generating heat at 4:00 PM. I wish I had them last winter. When your hands are warm they rest of your body doesn't seem so cold. Thanks LL Bean!
These are extremely warm and easy to use. I took them on a camping trip where it was 30 degrees at night and they were very helpful! Not a bad price either!
