We highly recommend this tent; it is easy to set up; both exits have a vestibule for storing shoes, etc. It stood very well during wind and rain storm, and we stayed dry.
My family (my husband and 3 princesses, I mean daughters) and I have used this tent 3 times. This time -- there was a tremendous downpour for 18 hours. All the campers around us were leaving -- but not us! We were dry!
The first time I used this tent it rained constantly for over 26 hours! Not ONE leak, not one drip inside this tent. I did (as most experts recommend) seal all exterior seams on the tent and fly (as well as interior floor seam). I used this tent solo and it is EASY and fast to set it up and take it down. The vestibules came in very handy, both of them. I wanted a tent with aluminum poles vs. fiberglass since they are more durable long-term and won't snap the way fiberglass sometimes will. I can not recommend this tent enough. It was worth every penny. I also got the LL Bean Footprint and it is great, durable and worth the extra money.
