Just received my second vacuum bottle. Loved the first one, but it accidentally ended up in the dishwasher. Be aware - hand wash only means hand wash only - the dishwasher ruined it. But I loved it enough to order another one. Both the size and the ease of use make it the best. Will order a third if this one ever goes.
This thing is good to go. I did spill a little to discover the bottom disk was slightly loose from cleaning. I cinched it down and was good to go but my Bible got soggy in the meantime.
I really love this. Great insulating properties, seems to be well constructed, is comfortable to drink from and hold, and holds a large coffee from Dunkin Donuts. The top opens and closes easily and you can drink from any side (no slit, the side opens up all the way around the diameter of the cap). It also somehow prevents heat from escaping quickly even when the cap is open (i.e. I see no steam escape). What isn't to like?
