I got this for Christmas and it is the best! I have tried many in the past that said they kept it hot all day but they didn't. I am a teacher and have my it on my desk all day. It is just as hot after school as when I make it in the morning! It was a little confusing to put back together but once you learn how to it is simple. I would tell everyone to get one!
This product DOES keep liquid hot for hours. However, taking it apart and reassembling it is very frustrating! It is easy to come apart and spill. Disappointed because size and "hot" feature was perfect for my husband to take to work.
I have tried many travel mugs and have paid a lot of money for some, and all have leaked at some point. This cup delivers what it promises. I have been using it daily for months and never had a leak. And it keeps your drink piping hot all day. It is very ruggedly built, but not too heavy to handle. I don't anticipate ever needing another travel mug.
Like others who have written, I put mine on the shelf for a year, If you forget how to assemble it, It leaks all over and creates a mess. Once you have it together [correctly] it's the BEST!! I bought it for hunting,however, it goes every were with me know. Save the directions!!!!
