I just got this and without question it is the best coffee mug I now own. I spend a great deal of time outdoors and coffee is an integral part of my morning routine. My last mug kept my coffee warm for less than an hour, but this thing keeps my coffee hot for multiple hours. The lid is more complicated than a standard mug, but its worth the extra effort with how great it works at keeping my coffee hot. Would definately recomend this to anyone who drinks hot beverages.
I love this thermos cup. Yep, it is a bit of a rubix cube operation to disassemble for cleaning but that said it is excellent for drinking while on the go. You can drink from any angle, you don't have to keep looking down for the opening so you never end up spilling it all over yourself. It twists shut and does not leak, even in my bag. It keeps my coffee hot just fine especially considering it holds about two big cups. It is quite durable as I have dropped it numerous times here at the farm, including under the hooves of a few horses and it emerges unscathed. I have two of them and will be buying more as gifts. A little big for my truck cup holder, but that is not too big a deal as I don't just use it for driving. I have tried dozens of thermos cups and THIS IS THE ONE!
It does keep liquids hot. However, I found this item extremely difficult to put together once I took it apart - you end up with several pieces. If you don't put together right away and let it sit, it'll take some time to figure out again. When you finally figure out how to assemble it, you need to test it to make sure you did it right. Mine leaked all over me - I had to start again. I haven't used it in about a year - just sitting on shelf. Should have bought the other 2 piece vacuum bottle.
used this product for a year and it keeps liquid cold and hot for hours depending on the temp it is kept in.it is tricky to close the lid and needs better instructions about its use,if not closed correctly it will leak as it did until I figured the steps. i like it
