My husband and I tried kayaking while in Michigan visiting. I never thought I could do it with joint pain I get at times, but we ordered them, and they came in a week! We have gone out maybe 5 times, and I am still learning. The kayaks are easy to launch, track well, and though I felt they were tippy at first, I think it was because of my inexperience. I have learned how to get balance with my feet and legs, and are much more confident. I am still working on gracefully getting out of the kayak, but have fun, even when I fall in the water with my attempts. I would highly recommend these kayaks! Love it, love it, love it!
A little disappointed.... the rear compartment is not really a compartment it leads right into the kayak so there really is no waterproof /water resistant storage on this model.

ProsDurable, Great Value, Performing as Expected, lots of fun for the money
after two summers of renting at EMS we decided to take the plunge and buy our own kayaks. we researched the used boat market and found buying new was the way to go especially when considering the package deals with paddles etc. Buying experience was very user firndly LLBean staf helped us mount the Thule racks and the boats, we bought the Thule Stacker and more importantly you have to buy the Inno INA451 Cradle Set it locks the kayak in place tight against the stacker, if your expecatations are an in shore boat to have a few hours on the water for a little bit of money then I highly recommend this boat.
